Our Handyman Bill Ross

Bill Ross is our “Resident Handyman and Home-Repair Service Person”, is an honorably discharged veteran who served his country from 1984-1988. We are glad he joined our team and thank him for his service to our country. He has progressed in his knowledge of the cleaning and maintenance fields over the past 25 years by acquiring extensive knowledge of most trades that were principally acquired by hands on experience; a classical example is that Bill understands how to clean a toilet and install one! He was a Contract Manager for the US Military Commissary at Fort Devens, MA for 8 years. Most recently, he worked for a non-profit agency for 10 years in the capacity of a Cleaning Manager. In the Cleaning Manager’s position, he worked directly with the Facilities Director by coordinating all sub-contractors to include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, floor tillers and carpet installers.

All materials must be purchased by home owner or we can purchase. We will provide pickup and delivery if needed.
